Clancy Sprague — Executive Assistant & Operations Support
Behind every organized business is someone who makes it run.
Calm, capable, behind-the-scenes support for executives and businesses who need help keeping the details organized, the workflows moving, and the day-to-day under control, so they can focus on the work only they can do.
What I do
The details, handled.
A few of the ways I help bring structure, clarity, and consistency to busy businesses so priorities stay organized, communication stays clear, and the work keeps moving.
Inbox & Operational Flow
I streamline high-volume inboxes and daily operational requests by prioritizing what matters, filtering noise, and keeping workflows moving. From correspondence and scheduling to internal coordination, I make sure nothing gets missed and everything stays on track.
Vendor & Contractor Management
Vendor and contractor relationships stay organized and accountable through clear communication, expectation-setting, and consistent follow-through. I coordinate timelines, deliverables, and updates to ensure smooth execution across all moving parts.
Event & Logistics Coordination
Events don't succeed because of what happens in the room; they succeed because of the planning behind it. I coordinate vendors, budgets, timelines, travel, and logistics to create seamless experiences for teams, clients, and leadership.
Budget & Expense Oversight
I manage expense reporting, budget tracking, and financial documentation to support accurate forecasting, accountability, and operational efficiency across teams.
How it works
Clear from the start. Consistent all the way through.
We get aligned
I start by understanding how you work; your priorities, pressure points, and where time tends to get lost.
We map out the moving parts
From there, I organize the operational details across calendars, inbox flow, vendors, budgets, and logistics so everything has structure and nothing slips through the cracks.
I take it from here
We stay connected, but I take full ownership of execution so you can stay focused on higher-level priorities.

The businesses I support may look different on the surface, but they all have one thing in common: a lot of moving parts.
When operations start taking time away from the work you're best at, I'm here to help keep everything organized and moving forward.

About me
Hi, I'm Clancy.
For six years, I supported leadership at a major media company; managing calendars, overseeing budgets across 17 departments, and handling logistics that keep fast-moving operations from falling apart. I led a team of assistants, coordinated hundreds of events, and built the quiet systems that made complex work run more smoothly.
Now I bring that same calm, operational support to executives and businesses; the people doing meaningful work who need someone steady handling the details in the background. I'm warm, discreet, and a little obsessed with a tidy inbox and a spreadsheet that finally makes sense.
The goal is simple: to make your operations feel lighter, clearer, and easier to run.
Clancy was the very first person to greet me at TMZ, and from that moment, she set the tone for such an incredible experience. She made the entire Production Assistant team feel welcomed, supported, and valued. As a lead, she struck the perfect balance between being kind, understanding, and personable while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
She was always on top of her tasks, ensuring everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. No matter how fast-paced or chaotic things got, she always remained calm and in control, handling every situation with a level-headed, solution-oriented approach. She excelled at problem-solving and multitasking, effortlessly keeping everything on track. Her communication style was clear, thoughtful, and made working with her an absolute pleasure. And no matter how stressful the day was, Clancy's warm smile always brought a sense of reassurance and positivity to the team.
Beyond her skills, she fostered an environment where everyone felt safe and included, making a high-pressure job that much more enjoyable. I truly loved being on the same team as Clancy, and any team would be lucky to have her!
Clancy is a well organized production manager — her background in production coordination, talent onboarding, and administrative support is top notch. Clancy's ability to manage operations, collaborate with teams, and create a positive workplace culture is outstanding. Even when we had some of the busiest and most chaotic days here at the studio, she was always smiling and bringing the positive energy. Highly motivated and skilled individual.
Thank you for all your hard work! I have had the best time working with you. Thank you for your smile and positive attitude — it was truly a beacon of hope in stressful situations, and we sure did have a lot of those. Thank you for always having my back and being so helpful. I will make sure to tell the next person who sits in your seat that they have very big shoes to fill. I sure am gonna miss you! Good luck on your next adventure!
FAQ
A few things people ask.
If your question isn't here, feel free to reach out; I'm happy to talk it through.
What's the difference between a virtual assistant and an executive assistant?
A virtual assistant typically focuses on task-based support as needed. As an executive assistant, I work at a systems level; supporting your inbox, calendar, vendors, budgets, and logistics so your operations stay organized and consistent, not just reactive.
I work remotely, which is what makes the support virtual, but the scope of work is executive-level.
Do you work remotely or only in Orange County?
Both. I'm based in Orange County and can work in a hybrid setup locally, but most of my clients are supported fully remotely across the United States.
What kinds of businesses and executives do you work with?
Fast-paced corporate teams, e-commerce and wellness brands, marketing firms and creative studios, hospitality concepts, design-led businesses, and founders building on Instagram.
The common thread is simple: a lot of moving parts and not enough time to stay on top of them all.
What can I hand off to you first?
Most clients start with whatever is most time-consuming; usually inbox management, calendar coordination, and scheduling.
From there, we can expand into vendor coordination, event and travel logistics, and budget tracking as needed.
How do we get started?
We start with a discovery call. I learn how you work, where time is getting lost, and what needs support. From there, I take ownership of the operational details so you can focus on higher-level priorities.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the level of support and how much you want to delegate.
After a short discovery call, I'll put together a clear recommendation based on what you actually need.
Ready to hand off the details?
No pressure; just a friendly conversation about what's feeling heavy and how things could run more seamlessly.
